MJ HYDROSTATICS, INC. LIMITED WARRANTY
MJ Hydrostatics, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of said components rebuilt by MJ Hydrostatics, Inc. should the rebuilt component fail within one year or 1500 hours, whichever comes first, while owned by said purchaser. This warranty must be due to defects in material or workmanship supplied by MJ Hydrostatics, Inc., that MJ Hydro will repair or replace said component without cost, pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
- The said component shall be delivered to the offices of MJ Hydro, freight collect by MJ Hydro for inspection to determine the cause and nature of the claimed defect. Freight company to be determined by MJ Hydro at each individual case.
- If found to be covered by this limited warranty, the defective component shall be repaired or replaced by MJ Hydro and shipped, freight prepaid, to purchaser.
- This warranty shall not cover defects caused by improper use, system contamination, or failure of the purchaser to perform all regular and normal maintenance required by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Alteration of the said component or other use other than specified by the OEM shall void this limited warranty.
- OEM installation procedures and guidelines are the responsibility of the buyer and at the expense of the buyer. Seller shall assume no responsibility for damages due to deterioration during periods of storage by the buyer prior to installation and operation.
- MJ Hydro shall in no event be liable for repairs or replacements done by others. Components disassembled prior to MJ Hydro warranty review shall void this limited warranty.
- MJ Hydro shall not be responsible for equipment down time or loss of use, overtime, production delays or any other consequential damages.
- MJ Hydro shall no be responsible for pulling the unit back off the machine, or reinstallation of the said warranty units in question. There is no reimbursement to the buyer for this.
- Use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet OEM specifications shall void this limited warranty.
- Damage attributable to accident, abuse, neglect, stripped splines or keyways on drive shaft, incorrect mounting of external gears, pulleys, etc., operating beyond the recommended speeds, pressure, temperatures, voltage or humidity or below the recommended voltage, improper filtration, misalignment, miss-wiring, high vibration, ordinary wear and tear.
- The pump and motor simultaneously must both have been rebuilt by MJ Hydro in order for this warranty to be applicable.
There are no other warranties except as set forth above.
